She was predeceased by: her siblings, William, Uriah, Jefferson, Gertrude, Emma Jean, Charles and Janice.

She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Patsy Biggs of Little Rock, AR, Charolett Martin (Randolph) of Hot Springs, AR, Rebecca Green of Little Rock, AR, George Kevin Biggs, Flossie Mitchell, Betty Buckley of Arkadelphia, AR and LaGail R. Biggs; her great grandchildren, Jalen Huery, Mallorie Keaton and Madden Keaton; her nephew LaMar Rucker of Los Angeles, CA; and also, Crystal Biggs of Little Rock, AR, Marcus Keaton (Angela) of Conway, AR, Randolph Martin, II, Jonathan Martin of Atlanta, GA, Ryan Green of Little Rock, AR and Kevin Patrick Biggs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Ruthie battled with Alzheimer's for years until God decided to free her Spirit and carry her to her eternal home.
