He is survived by: his children, Teresa Lynn Neal of Lincoln, Rhea Ann Neal Ruggles (Murry) of Arkadelphia, Tawnya Lee Skokos (Kemp) of Little Rock and Britt Paxton Neal of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Sean Ruggles (Zabrina), Jeannie Hartsell, Megan Longing (Monty), Jarrod Ruggles, Jordan Ruggles, Kate Lagerstrom, Ian Lagerstrom, Greyson Skokos and Campbell Skokos; his great grandchildren, Kenlee, Kruze and Aspen; and his brother Charles Neal (Lucy) of Ward, Arkansas..
