He was predeceased by: his parents, David Robinson and Elosie Hughes Robinson; his siblings, Mary Lillie Dean Robinson, Annie B. Parker, Robbie Sue Bragg, David Roberson and James Anthony Robinson; and his nephew Courtney Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Melanie Lewis, Bryant Robinson (Karla Steel), Lashawn Broadnax (Steve), Sharon Golden (Jacob), David Robinson (Angela), Raydale Robinson (Philana), Jeff Robinson (Rumesha), Dawn Bolton (Corey), Shevon Batch (Reggie) and Ollie "OJ" Robinson, Jr. (Jennifer); his sister Sarah Swopshire (Brezell); and his close friend Cathy Hunter. He is also survived by thirty-nine grandchildren, and thirty-three great-grandchildren.
