She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Calvin Furlow; her sons, Roy Lee Reed and Jerry L. "Pluke" Furlow; her granddaughters, Shanika R. Martin and Malissia Reed Tolliver; her great grandchildren, Daniel Tolliver and Darius Martin; and her siblings, Charlie L. Brooks and Mae Zola Brooks Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Minnie Ola, Maude E. Nelson (Ralph) of Hot Springs, AR, Mary A. Penny (Rickey) of Delight, AR and Janice M. Snowden of Fitchburg, MA; her daughter-in-law Catherine Reed of Delight, AR; her sister-in-law Rosie J. Thomas of Okolona, AR; and her close friends, Florestine Edwards, Wanda Dreher, Mae Sue Williams, Dorothy Meeks, Minnie S. Hunter, Fadie Gentry and Charlene Leeper. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins.
