She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Johnny Stulgate; her parents, Ephriam Wheeler, Sr. and Jezeree Gordon Buckley; her siblings, Minnie Jean Wheeler, Ephriam Wheeler, Jr. and Danny Wheeler; her sons, Jeffery Stulgate (Phyllis Badmus), Kelvin Stulgate (Anita), Anthony Stulgate and Adrian Stulgate; and her siblings, Barbara Carter, Joyce Johnson, James Buckley, Larry Buckley, Guyronne Buckley, Nancy Hall (Ronnie), Patricia Walker, Letri Bradford (James), Bonnie Jones (Timothy), Henry Clay Wheeler (Bertha), Carrie Wheeler and Shirlee Hayes (Stephen). She was also cherished by thirty-five grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
