It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori Elaine Phelps (Arkadelphia, Arkansas), born in Grand Prairie, Texas, who passed away on July 2, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jesse Edward. She is survived by: her mother Nita Gaither Wood; her daughter Jessica Elaine Phelps of Arkadelphia; and her sister Barbara Hemund (Jay) of Amity.
