He is survived by: his daughters, Alfia Middleton Collins and Tori Middleton; his grandchildren, Brittany Middleton, Kevin Barton, Jr., Kendrick Barton, Ariana Middleton, Malik Middleton and Joshua Collins; his great grandchildren, Makiyah Wyatt, Zyon Wyatt, Zachary Middleton and Tynesha Barton; his sisters, Eunice Callies and Varrie Nicholson; and his siblings-in-law, Leva Middleton, Betty Babbs, Hosea Bullock and Elder Charles Booker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, former students and numerous friends.
