It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Nelson Conant of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, who passed away on March 15, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Conant and Annie Lee Conant; his siblings, Velma Seale, Thelma Trout and Ross Conant; and his siblings-in-law, James Seale and Evelyn Conant.
He is survived by: his wife Freida Hudman Conant of Arkadelphia; his children, Greg Conant (Kim) of Okolona, Kaye Lewallen (Mark) of Malvern and James (Jim); his grandchildren, Brandy Russell (Chris), Michael Benson (Courtney), Brandi Caldwell (Cody), Kevin Conant, Jordan Conant, Isaac Conant, Kyler Conant and Summer Conant; his great grandchildren, Gabby, Faith, Makenzie, Lainey, Addy, Peyton, Trey, Brantley, Cannon, Bennett and Drake; and his brother-in-law Ollie Trout of Bismarck. He is also survived by five great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Beehive, Arkansas Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
