He is survived by: his wife Joyce Francis Watkins; his son Eddie Watkins (Carla); his stepchildren, Keith Francis (Liz) and Debbie Francis; his grandchildren, Chloe, Zethra Watkins, Adam, Jesse, Alex, Dorene, Mason, Colton, Sailor, Reno Goff and Brittany Fox (Nicholas Kamas); his great grandchild Martin Kamas; and his grandson Brandon Francis (Olivia).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
