He is survived by: his wife Kim Penney Hughes of Arkadelphia; his children, Shayna Walker of Nahunta, GA, Joseph Paull (Aleshia) of Friendship, Sean Hughes (Shannon) of Texas, Thomas Hughes (Amanda) of Little Rock and Nick Hughes of Little Rock; and his grandchildren, Abigail Howard, Kaelyn Howard, Tanner Ryals, Oaklynn Paull, Emma Hunt, Heather Hughes, Devin Hughes, Paige Hughes, Karson Hughes and Zane Hughes.
