He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Frazier and Thelma Ashworth Frazier; his wife Linda Frazier; and his brothers, Roy "Buddy" Frazier and Bill Frazier.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Sparks (Ken) of Arkadelphia and Ginger Cook (Alan) of Midway; his sisters, Jean Smith of Hot Springs and Edna Welchman (Bobby) of Bismarck; and his grandsons, Matthew Sparks and Christopher Sparks of Arkadelphia.
