It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Dixon of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Dixon and Vera Mae Dixon (Smith); his wife Melvie Jane Dixon (Fulton); his son Mack Dixon; and his siblings, Cleo Dixon, Annie Jenkins, Bessie Ligon and Clara Hawbaker.
He is survived by: his children, Charlie Dixon (Anna) of Cabot, Pam Little (Chris) of Vilonia and Pat Allen (Mike) of Austin; and his brother Tom Dixon (Maryann) of Texarkana. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
