He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Sullivan and Mildred Shaw Sullivan; and his siblings, Laverne Sullivan, Margrite Rice, Charles Fredrick, William Sullivan and Franklin Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Murrell Sullivan of Arkadelphia; his daughters, Sherry Copeland (Chris) of Arkadelphia, Joy Cross (Bruce) of Hot Springs and Rhonda Cole (Doug) of Arkadelphia; his siblings, Jim Sullivan (Jean) of Hope and Shirley Cooper (Wayne) of Okolona; his grandchildren, Josh, Justin Rogers, Cambi Copeland, Quade Smith, Douglas, Melanie and Annie Cole; and his caregivers, Kylie, Teresa and Marilyn. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
