He was predeceased by: his parents, George Louis and Esther Peterson Pillard. He is survived by: his children, Eugene G. Pillard II of Kauai, Hawaii and Jan Pillard of Hot Springs; and his grandsons, James Pillard of Seattle and Alexander Pillard of Concepcion, Chile. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
