We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2023, at the age of 65, Elizabeth Orr Fulmer of Arkadelphia, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Carroll and Floy Dew Orr; and her husband Earl Fulmer. She is survived by: her sons, Nicky Morrison (Amber) of Prescott, Jonathan Morrison of Arkadelphia and Richard Morrison (Rachel) of Van Buren; her brother David Orr of Galena, IL; her stepbrother John Howard Wesson (Lisa) of Nashville, AR; and her grandchildren, William, Samuel, Levi, Jase, Emma, Rhett, Mylee and Colton Morrison.
