He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Jay and Anna Williams Polly; and his siblings, Edna Tackett, Darrell, Billy Wayne and Ernest Lee Polly.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Catlett Polly of Arkadelphia; his sons, Bobby Darrell Polly (Tina) of Vero Beach, FL, Billy Dewayne Polly (Lisa) of Vero Beach, FL and Donnie Jay Polly (Angie) of Vero Beach, FL; and his siblings, Gary Polly (Emma Jean) of Vero Beach, FL, Charlie Polly (Beth) of Hammond, KY, Beulah Thomas of Neon, KY, Velma Diane Polly of Hammond, KY, Dolly Fleming (Jimmie) of Jenkins, KY and Georgia Harrod (Evan) of Smithfield, KY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
