He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wesley and Dora Ann Sanders Russell; his grandson Ronnie Serrano; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Serrano. He is survived by: his wife Corine; his children, Dan Serrano of Lowell, Connie Ledbetter (Charles) of Arkadelphia and Donna Irwin (Neal) of Arkadelphia; and his grandchildren, Leslie Fuller (Beau), Rusty Ledbetter (Angie), Randy Ledbetter (Jaime), Johnny Ledbetter (Amy), Jackie Hopkins (Larry), Lisa Brown (Gerald) and Ricky Irwin (Jessie). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
