He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Edington and Josephine Jensen Edington; and his sister JoAnn Edington. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Francis Edington of Arkadelphia; his sons, Donald Ray Edington, Jr. (Pakath) of Ft. Smith, Jason Edington of Arkadelphia, Erik Edington (Tasha) of Arkadelphia and Jeffery Edington (Allison) of Arkadelphia; his siblings, John Edington (Patricia) of Pearcy, Rose Hollingsworth of Hot Springs and Lorene Petty of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Austin, Payton, Nicholas, Breanna, Keely and Jensen Edington; and his great grandchild Cataleya Almanza.
