He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Sugar" Jones and Ara Ellen Starks Jones; and his brothers, Bobby Dean Jones, William Henry Jones and James "Bill" Arthur Jones.
He is survived by: his sister Bettye Jones Lusk (Rev) of Seaside; and also Lusk, Sr. of Seaside.
