He was predeceased by: his sibling Rivers Health; his parents, Walter Gray and Stella Rebecca Floyd Manning; his wife Marjorie Freeman Manning; his granddaughter Denise Manning; and his great grandchild Logan Voigt.
He is survived by: his sons, Donnie Manning of Arkadelphia, Johnny Manning (Jeanene) of Arkadelphia, Larry Manning (Brenda) of Arkadelphia and Tim Manning (Debbie) of Arkadelphia; and his grandchildren, Amanda Ronan, Becky Selle, Rusty Manning, Mark Manning, Beth Manning, Kristin Voigt and Kristin Cupp.
