He is survived by: his wife Betty Manning Hollingshead of Arkadelphia; his children, Jamie Smith and Mike Hollingshead of Malvern; his grandchildren, Becca Reap (Chase), Brad Rogers (Reanna), Aaron Hollingshead (Ragan) and Evan Hollingshead; and his great grandchildren, Hadley Reap and Raven Hollingshead.
