He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Louise Taylor Ledbetter. He is survived by: his wife Connie Serrano Ledbetter of Arkadelphia; his children, Jackie Hopkins (Larry) of Hot Springs, Rusty Ledbetter (Angela) of Gurdon, Randy Ledbetter (Jaime) of Gurdon and Johnny Ledbetter (Amy) of Arkadelphia; his siblings, Wayne Ledbetter of Hot Springs, Betty Cash of Malvern and Susie Lovell of Bismarck; and his grandchildren, Jacob Ledbetter, Reid Ledbetter, Rhett Ledbetter, David Ledbetter, Audrey Ledbetter, Jack Hopkins, Coco Hopkins and Joe Ocean Hopkins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Home (202 S 4th St, Arkadelphia, AR 71923). The military honors was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Delight Cemetery.
