He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David and Veda Ozbun Winders, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carole Winders (Shepherd) of Arkadelphia; his stepchildren, Chad Allen Caldwell of Lexington Park, MD and Kim Michelle Caldwell of Bismarck; and his brother Calvin Winders of Stamps.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Welch Funeral Home (202 S 4th St, Arkadelphia, AR 71923). A graveside service was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens (4647 Pine St, Arkadelphia, AR 71923).
