He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David and Veda Ozbun Winders, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carole Winders (Shepherd) of Arkadelphia; his stepchildren, Chad Allen Caldwell of Lexington Park, MD and Kim Michelle Caldwell of Bismarck; and his brother Calvin Winders of Stamps.
