He is survived by: his wife Estella Forte; his children, Byron Forte of Phoenix, Arizona and Carmen Irby; his son-in-law Mack Irby; his grandchildren, Macklaine Anderea Irby and Landen Carrol Irby of Arkadelphia; his brothers, Millard Banks of Chandler and Charles Newborn of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; his siblings-in-law, Sadie Lewis, Shirlee Lee of Fort Worth, Texas and Jonathan Howard of Fort Worth; and his aunt Georgia Hill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews special cousins and friends.
