He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Franklin and Shelley Parum Ross; and his siblings, Tom, Roxie, Jean and Myrtle.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Fite Ross of Arkadelphia; his children, Frank Ross (Penny) of Arkadelphia and Connie Christie (James) of Bismarck; and his brother Bob Ross (Rose) of Oregon. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
