She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Don and Arvena Crouch Cook; her husband Billy R. Gray; her brother Joe Don Cook; her daughter Penny Barkley; and her grandson Joshua Branch.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Gray of Appleton, Darlene (Pete Eifert) and Billie (John Pawlicki); and her brothers, Kenneth Cook and Samuel "Mac" Cook. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 12 great- grandchildren.
