He is survived by: his parent Florence Alberts (Hafner); his wife Carol; his children, Melissa Edwards (Rob) of Sycamore, IL and Mark Alberts (Brenda) of Fremont, WI; his grandchildren, Jacob Edwards, Shannon Edwards and Saylor Alberts; and his siblings, Karen Alberts of La Crosse, WI, John "Jack" Alberts of Spartanburg, SC, Bernard Alberts (Kaye) of Marshfield, WI and Donald Alberts (Carolyn) of Wilmington, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
