He is survived by: his wife Melinda Blackwell; his daughters, Milinda Jenkins (Frank Arthur) and Aneva Crawley; his sister Diane Barefield (Joe); his grandchildren, Chris, Dalton, Ashley, Margaret, Dustin, Tosha and Tiffany; his niece Louise Cothren (Scott); and his nephews, Junior Blackwell and Alvin Barefield.
