He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur T. Parker and Ruth Parker (Tennyson); and his sister-in-law Susan D. Parker. He is survived by: his spouse Carol (Miller); his children, David of Allouez, Betsy and Andy (Monika) of Green Bay; his grandchildren, Megan Parker of Fort Collins, Lauren Parker Neenah (Mason Philemon), Chloe, Teagan and Douglas Parker of Green Bay; his brother Jim of Appleton; his brother-in-law David Miller (Sandie) of Sherwood; and his friends, Bill, Dean, Rocky and Foxy. He is also survived by four nieces and three nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
