He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Merle Borgwardt and Margaret Borgwardt (Neukom); his children, Debbie Rustad, Ric Borgwardt, Omro, Donna Balke (Todd Sr.), Winneconne, Sandra Walker (Derek), Neenah, Kathy Martin and Appleton; his stepfather Delmar Luebke; his wife Shirley; his brother Joe Borgwardt; and his siblings-in-law, Larry, Albert, Roger, Gary Roberts and Bonnie Roberts. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
