He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Walter Borchert; his siblings-in-law, David Riedel, Myron Borchert and Ellamae Borchert; and also Irma Borchert.
He is survived by: his spouse Emily Borchert; his children, Deborah Kienert (Shawn) of Neenah, Robert Rau (Christine) of Jackson, WI and Lisa MacWilliam (Scott) of Fishers, IN; his grandchildren, Logan Kienert, Brianna, Kayley, Emma Rau, Tristan Rau and Carson Rau; his sister Patricia Riedel of Appleton; and his sister-in-law Karen Manteufel (Robert) of Neenah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
