He is survived by: his mother Sherry Lynn Houser of Glenwood; his children, Dylan Houser of Amity, DeeAnna Pate of New York and Keisha of New York; his son-in-law Mike Bork of New York; his brothers, Thomas V. Poland of Amity and Christopher A. Poland of Kirby; and his grandmother Anna Houser of Peru, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.
