We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2024, at the age of 90, Opal Sue Lou House of Amity, Arkansas, born in Bonnerdale, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis House and Ovie House (Yarbrough); her daughters, Mary Hemund and Barbara Halcombe; her daughter-in-law Tressa Johnson; her granddaughter Misty Halcombe; and her siblings, JC, Don of Lester, DJ, Arthur House, Bessie Burnott Ashley and Shirley Wilson.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Johnson; her brothers, Edward House (Lillian) and Jimmie House (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Wanda Tigue (Ted), Clara Sellers (Charlie), Ronnie Wilson (Alicia), Micah Halcombe (Ashley), David Halcombe (Gene), Julianna Irving (Paul) and Matthew Johnson; her great grandchildren, Blake Tigue (Lexi), Troy Tigue, Tiffany Jackson (Eric), Heath Sams, Dustin Sams, Clarissa Sams (Lane R.), Mayla Wilson, Kimey Wilson, Makinzie Irving, PJ Irving, Tristen Halcombe, Tad Green, Haygen Halcombe and Cole Halcombe; and her caregivers, Michelle Duggan and Treya Aragundy. She is also survived by seven great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, a host of wonderful friends.
