He is survived by: his father Ray Arnold; his sister Judy Nelson; his daughter Haley Elizabeth Arnold; his wife Tonja Arlene Gleason; his children, Tommy Arnold (Jamee) of Calumet, Heather Hall (Zach) of Kansas, Kevin Arnold of Yukon, Jonathan Arnold (Jordan) of Oklahoma City and Zachary Arnold of Yukon; and his siblings, Tanya Logan and Tim Arnold. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the memorial fund to help pay for the final expenses.
