He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marklin and Pearl Hardy; his wife Mary Leona Hardy; his siblings, Earl Hardy, Bill Hardy, Edgar Hardy, John Carl Hardy, Josephine Ates and Susy Van Schaik; and his daughter-in-law Veda Hardy.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Hardy of Bald Knob, James "Jimmy" (Deborah Hardy), William "Randy" (Brenda Hardy) and Gloria Joan (Wayne Marconi) of Marion; his grandchildren, Larry Bonner Catlett, Greg (Tracy Wolfe), April (Billy Hardy-Johnson), Jaime (Tim Linn), Josh Hardy, Michael (Amber McChristian), Nicole (John Torres), Jason Hardy, Candy Martin, Kelly Sullivan, Clif Crosswhite and Darrell Martin; his great grandchildren, Andrew Catlett, Leigh Ann Wolfe, Austin Wolfe, Clover (Ryan), Garrett Torress, Archer Torress, Carter McChristian, Caden McChristian, Samuel McChristian, Jordyn Hardy, Jaxin Hardy, Nick Hardy, Asher Linn and Maison Belle Linn; his great great grandchildren, Addison J. Grace McKamie and Paisley Leona Mae McKamie; his brother Julian; his sister-in-law Patsy Hardy of Taylor; and his sister Sylvia Griffith of Hot Springs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
