He is survived by: his wife Debbie Spears of Amity; his daughter Jessica; his son-in-law Brett Tedder of Amity; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Aimee Spears of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Tensley Spears, Kristen Young, Benjamin Young, Owen Tedder, Layken Tedder, Landen Young, Zach Spears, Brody Spears, Abby Spears, Michael Newcomer, Nevaeh Newcomer and Jonathan Newcomer; his brother Charles; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Spears of Amity, Karen Thweatt of Sterling Heights, Michigan and Joe Normandin of Midwest City, Oklahoma; and his friend Judy Morris of Dierks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
