He is survived by: his mother Alice Ellen Garrett Smith of Texarkana, Arkansas; his wife Teresa Smith of Amity; his children, Stephanie Davis of De Queen, Rusty Smith of Mobile, Michael Cates of Amity and Cody Smith of Amity; and his siblings, Robert Smith of Texarkana, Arkansas, Mary Jordan of San Rafael, Marsha Kenyon of Foreman and Brenda Roberts of Texarkana, Texas. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
