He is survived by: his wife Beth Otwell; his children, LeShea Graf, Rebecca Francis, Athan Lambert, Talan Otwell and Orran Otwell; his siblings, Wesley Otwell, Billy Otwell, Benjamin Otwell, Ricky Otwell, Janice Raulston and Beth Wiggins; and his mother-in-law Jane Bean. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.
