He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Joe and Nona Addington (Honey); and his siblings, Willie Joe Addington, Dorothy Mae Tirey and Joyce Newby.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Addington (Erica) of Pennington and Jerri Sue Burgess (Jerry) of Pennington; his siblings, Leroy Addington (Betty) of Newport, Linda Eskew (Jimmy) of Amagon and Betty Collins of Amagon; his grandchildren, Hali Bradshaw (Josh) and Hanna Longino (Josh); his great grandchildren, Chloe and Casen Howard; and his close friend Sue Addington.
