With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thelma Lee Sarten of Altus, Arkansas, born in Ozark, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2024 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Edward Williams and Ruby Mae Mason Williams; and her siblings, Mary Robinson and Alfred Williams. She is survived by: her husband Donald Ray Sarten; her children, Steve Sarten (Melissa) of Magazine, Jimmie Sarten (Tina) of Clarksville, Arkansas and Angela Sanders (Jerry) of Ozark; her brothers, Johnny Williams (Helen) of Ozark, Kenneth Williams of Denning, Ed Williams of Caulksville and Pete Willams (Marie) of Alix, Arkansas; and her grandsons, Michael Sarten, Steven Sarten, David Sarten, Josh Sullivan, Hayden Sanders, Mathew Sanders and C. J. Sanders. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
