He is survived by: his children, Shawn Kirkpatrick of Altus and Teresa Spurling (Patrick) of Altus; his sisters, Nedra Lynn Lemaster (Roy) of Lamar and Shadow Skidgel of Clarksville; his granddaughter Patience Marie Kirkpatrick; and his caregiver Eva Marie Kirkpatrick.
