He is survived by: his parents, Henry Barnett, Sr. of Altheimer, AR. and Annie Mae Barnett (Moore) of Altheimer, AR.; his wife Carolyn F. Barnett (Jenkins) of Altheimer, AR; his children, Kendrick Lowe of Fayetteville, AR, Steven Barnett, Jr. of Altheimer, AR, Israel Barnett of Charlotte, Isaiah Barnett of Charlotte and Jaleisha Barnett-Dean of White Hall, AR; and his brother Henry Barnett, Jr. of Pine Bluff, AR. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
