He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse E. Millsaps and Annie B. McCuin (Millsaps); his siblings, Dale, Clifford, Leamon, Lucy Ray, Evelyn, Pauline and Walcie Millsaps; and his grandsons, Zackary Witt and Corey Millsaps.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Millsaps (Pruitt); his children, Melissa Terrell (Ron) of Stilwell, Melanie Glenn (Jesse) of Alread and Danny Millsaps (Briana) of Hector, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Aaron Witt (Jacinda), Nathan Witt (Shelby), LaShonda Norwood, Tevin Barker (Amber), Danielle Millsaps, Isabella Millsaps, Courtney Cook and Drake Cook; and his brother Wayne Millsaps (Sharon).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roller McNutt Funeral Home Chapel (1902 Hwy 65 S, Clinton, AR 72031). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove Friendship Church (22210 AR-16, Clinton, AR 72031).
