He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William "Cletis" Witt of Clinton, Arkansas and Sammie Jane Witt (Koone); his brother Keith Witt (Daisy); his sons, Aaron Witt (Jacinda) of Harrison and Nathan Witt (Shelby) of Alread, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Avery Witt, Jaxon Witt, Dawson Witt and Abbie Witt; and his siblings, Susie Witt and Keven Witt (Lisa) of Clinton.
