He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Fields and Audrey Fields (Raynor); and his siblings, Ralph Fields, Stella Maynard and Maxine Flippo.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Fields; his children, Chris Foley (Joe) and Tim Fields (Cay); his grandchildren, C. J. Foley (Karla), Miranda Foley, Ashley Roethemeyer (David), Marissa Stager, Jacinda Gray and Ethan Gray; his great grandchildren, Landen and Libby Foley; and his brother Leonard Fields of Amarillo, TX.
