He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Waltz and Beatrice Evans Waltz; his daughter Tawana Beth Watkins; his wife Nellie Marie Jones Waltz; his children, Danny Earl Waltz (Dedee) of Almyra, Gary Edward Waltz of Almyra and Teresa Lynn Lazenby (Wes) of Almyra; his stepsons, Steven Haller of Almyra and Randy Haller (Amy) of Almyra; his sister Ruby Matkin of Fordyce; and his grandchildren, Shawna Manues, Tara Clayton, Chris Waltz, Brandon Watkins and Seth Waltz. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
His family requests memorials be made to Almyra Cemetery.
