She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Wise and Ruth Wise (Gregory); her former husband Arthur Cook; her husband Frank Neal; her son Gerald Cook; her siblings, Mary Hattabaugh, Margaret Gregory, Debbie Rogers and Bill Wise; and her stepdaughter Cynthia Brown.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryle Ray (Cletice) of Magnolia, TX; her stepchildren, Renee Coffman of Greenbriar and Michael Neal (Tina) of Fort Smith; her stepson-in-law Denny Brown; her grandchildren, Melissa Brown, Gary Brown (Landi) and Korrine Cope (Chase); and her great grandchildren, Belle, Jacob, Kyler, Korbyn and Brylee. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
