He is survived by: his mother Alma Joyce Martin Staggs of Calico Rock; his children, Nick Staggs of Calico Rock and Shauna Staggs of Kearney, Missouri; his sister Debbie DiNate (David Sr.) of Palm Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Walker Edward Rutledge, Christian Dean Hubbard, Emily Staggs, Daniel Staggs, Julie Staggs and Aimsly Victoria Staggs; his great grandchildren, Baylor Staggs and Ryder Staggs; his sister-in-law Jackie Staggs of Kansas City, Missouri; his former wife Victoria Staggs of Melbourne, Florida; his niece Jennifer Reade of Kearney, Missouri; and his nephews, David DiNatale and Dalton DiNatale. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
