He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Edward Belt and Jennie Beckham Belt; his wife Betty Lou Belt; and his sister Shirley Marvin. He is survived by: his children, Robert Belt, Jr. (Michelle) of Alma and Terriesa Schibbelhut of Van Buren; his siblings, Charles Belt of Fort Smith, Carolyn Harrison of Mountainburg and Cindy Styron (Barney) of Chester; and his grandchildren, Skylea Kae Belt and Danelle Marie Belt.
