He is survived by: his mother Peggy Sue Ashlock Franklin of Alma; his children, Justin Franklin (Tori) of Greenwood, Conner-Shark Franklin (Joshua Moore) of Littleton and Shae Franklin (Felix Wright) of Alma; his stepchildren, Russell Kelley (Chanel) of Springfield, Ryan Reynolds of Tulsa, Cody Vasquez of Denver, Cambri Vasquez of Denver and Colby Briggs (Alexis Huff) of Skiatook, Oklahoma; his brother Loyd Waldemar of Mulberry, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Clay, Alayah, Madden, Easton, Corbit, Storey, Mayzie, Kannon, Kaeson, Holdyn, Hendryx, Callie, Camden, Cora, Cyah and Scarlet.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Ozark Police Department Shop with a Cop, 2914 West Commercial Street Ozark, Arkansas 72949.
